Description
In this Training Essentials we will see the process of creating an environment through the photobash and matte paint techniques. These techniques are used in the film industry to recreate scenes that would be impossible to film or to economize and streamline production by saving large filming costs.

Training Essentials Matte Painting
Matte Paint is a mixed technique that is constantly used in the production of films and series such as Star Wars, Last of us, Game of Thrones and many more.
This technique is composed of different mixed techniques where they can intervene from photo retouching to the use of 3d software, camera tracking, digital recreation of scenarios or even the construction of models for later filming and integration in postproduction.
The profile of the matte paint artist is versatile and requires general knowledge of photography, video, 3d texturing, composition and postproduction.
